Second Major Air Conditioning Project Completed in London

We have now completed our second air conditioning project for a prestigious client located in New Bond Street, West London.

This installation was undertaken within the VIP suite located inside their retail premises. The air conditioning project was part of a wider refit being implemented within the property. Working closely with the shopfitters and construction team on site, new fan coil units, controls were carefully installed within the location. Additionally, we undertook a complete strip down of the external plant followed by careful rebuild to ensure the entire system performed as new. The entire air conditioning project was completed both on time and within budget.

The project follows on from the successful replacement of all front of house fan coils completed previously. This important update provides up-to-date reliable and efficient cooling and heating. Being able to carefully and accurately manage the interior temperature is an important feature for a property providing such a high-end retail experience.

As we were undertaking the project during normal opening hours, there is a potential risk of dirt and dust which can impact stock and customers. To minimise this issue, a series of custom hoardings were put in place. These protected staff, stock and customers while also presenting a premium finish which reflected the brand and the rest of the premises.

The result was a seamless updating of the air conditioning system that did not impact upon customers, who were unaware of the intrusive work going.
